2023 Membership Application Form

Joining the Terrey Hills Table Tennis club is a great way to make friends and learn more about table tennis. Membership is open to all table tennis players.

To apply to become a member of the Association, a person must submit a written application stating that the person—

(a) wishes to become a member of the club; and
(b) supports the purposes of the club; and – Club Mission Statement
Terrey Hills Table Tennis Club is a welcoming & inclusive sporting environment that ensures everyone; participants, coaches, officials, administrators, spectators or any other person involved in, or visiting the Club, is made to feel welcome, included, and valued, regardless of age, ability, disability, income, education, sexual orientation, race, religion or personal attributes.

The application must
(a) be signed by the applicant or submit online form; and
(b) be accompanied by the joining fee.

    Questions or Concerns

    Do I need to bring balls and bats?

    Balls are available for members, please return after use. The player need to bring your own bat, however bats are available for loan if you don’t have one.

    I'm a beginner, can I join the club?

    All levels are welcome, we are made up of players of all abilities and wide range of international backgrounds, whether you want to play at a high and competitive level or just for fun. We offer the environment and opportunity for both.

    What should I wear?
    • Non-marking shoes must be worn.
    • No bare feet, flip-flops or thongs.
    • No sleeveless shirts.
    • Clothing should NOT be predominantly white in colour.  This is because the ball is white.
    • No offensive slogans, images etc.

    If you are struggling to find a suitable playing shirt why not get a club shirt?
